Divan beds for storage

Divans are a popular choice for storage as items can be easily accessed via the drawers in the divan base. Most divans contain at least two drawers which are deep enough to store anything from sheets to books and toys.
Depending on the product you choose, you will be able to access these draws by pulling them out or by sliding across a panel to access the under bed area. Divans are ideal if you require easy access to items stored in the bed and, as the drawers are built-in, they offer a reliable and stylish storage solution.
Ottoman's for storage
Ottoman beds work in a similar way to a traditional ottoman, as to access items stored in the base you simply lift the top half of the base up. Ottomans are a good choice if you have a lot of items to store as you have access to a space the entire size of your bed which gives you plenty of storage space, especially if you have a king size.
Ottomans are generally classic in style and many leather ottoman beds can add a touch of glamour to the bedroom. One downside of an ottoman is that some people may find accessing the storage space difficult as the entire top half of the base needs to be raised up. Ottomans are ideal for storing items which you don't need to use regularly such as spare sheets or duvets and many feature easy lift or assisted lift action to make opening the storage space much easier.
One possible disadvantage of ottomans is that they do tend to be more expensive than divans. If you require lots of storage space as well as a super stylish bed then ottoman beds are a great choice for your home.
